Join the first intergovernmental conference on media freedom, hosted by the UK & Canada governments, in London, 10-11 July
The AIB has been working with the UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office on this important event that seeks to gain global engagement from governments on the protection of media freedoms. Broadcasting is a key sector, and the AIB is bringing a range of its Members to the event for two days of discussion on key issues. This will be followed by special broadcasting media freedom events later in 2019.
Contact the AIB Secretariat if you are interested in taking part in the London conference, or in the AIB’s subsequent media freedom work and events.
