Terms and Conditions
Date and Venue: Two day conference on 12 and 13 May 2004 at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty, Vinohradska 1, Prague 110 00, Czech Republic.
Fee: The cost of the two day conference - including luncheon, refreshments and conference documentation – is £895. VAT is not applicable to this event.
Delegates from an AIB Corporate Member benefit from a discounted rate of £395.
Travel and accommodation are not included in the fee. Discounted air travel on British Airways is available. Discounted hotel accommodation is available through Destination Travel in Prague.
Cancellations: All cancellations must be received in writing on or before 15 April 2004 and will be subject to an administrative charge of £45. It is regretted that no refunds can be made,
nor invoices cancelled, after 15 April 2004. Without written cancellation before this deadline, payment will still be required in full. Substitutions may be made at any time with no charge.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. This contract is subject to English law.
Data Protection: The personal information shown on this brochure, envelope or provided by you will be held on a database maintained by the Association for International Broadcasting.
