Date and Venue: The 2010 AIBs gala dinner, Tuesday 9 November 2010, LSO St Luke’s,161 Old Street, London EC1V 9NG, United Kingdom
Fee: The cost of each place at the Dinner for organisations that are paid-up AIB members is £145 plus UK VAT @ 17.5% (£25.38), giving a total cost of £170.38 per place. Delegates from an AIB Member benefit from a discounted rate on all places. The rate for non-members is £195 plus UK VAT @ 17.5% (£34.13), giving a total cost of £229.13 per place. Full tables are priced at £1,350 plus UK VAT for AIB members (total cost £1,586.25 per table). Full tables are priced at £1,800 plus UK VAT for non-members (total £2,115.00). Travel and accommodation are not included in any of the fees.
Cancellations of table reservations made before 30 September are subject to a 10% administration fee of the total booking cost. Cancellations between 1 October and 15 October will be subect to a 50% administration fee of the total booking cost. After 15 October no refunds are possible, however substitutions may be made at any time with no additional charge. The organisers reserve the right to alter the content and timing of the event.
