The appointment of our new regional head in South
Asia, Amitabh Srivastava, opens up new possibilities
for AIB members looking to do business in the region.
Srivastava has first‐hand experience of key media sectors
in India, working on distribution strategies for major
international TV and radio networks, securing carriage
and ensuring compliance. With this new appointment,
AIB is able to provide expert on‐the‐ground support in
India and surrounding countries in areas such as
regulatory advice, distribution and marketing.

Each year the AIB international media awards for
factual broadcasting attract high quality entries from
content producers in all parts of the world – so make

These peer‐judged awards achieve remarkable

making these independent, international awards a
